SALES AND RETURN POLICY
1. Parties
This agreement is made between Qxfashion.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and customers who make purchases through www.qxfashion.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions regarding the sale, delivery, cancellation, and return of products purchased by the Buyer from the Seller.
3. Order Cancellation
The Buyer has the right to cancel their order within 12 hours without providing any reason. To cancel an order, the Buyer must send an email to info@qxfashion.com within this time frame. Orders cannot be canceled after the 12-hour period has expired.
4. Return Policy
The Buyer may request a return under the following conditions:
• If the product is defective,
• If the product does not match the features shown in the images or described in the product details.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused.
• It must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories.
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
5. Return Process
• Once the return request is approved, the Buyer will be instructed on where to send the product.
• The returned product will be inspected by the Seller, and if the request is deemed valid, the product cost will be refunded to the Buyer.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller only for defective products. In all other cases, the shipping cost will be borne by the Buyer.
6. Responsibilities
• The Seller guarantees that the products will match the features described in the images and product descriptions.
• The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and promptly reporting any issues to the Seller.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed between the parties. If no resolution can be reached, the parties may refer the matter to the appropriate consumer courts.
8. Effective Date
This agreement becomes effective once the Buyer completes their order.
